Freshest buffet I've ever seen. They don't keep much out, that's how it stays so fresh. I've lived in California for the last 12yrs and I miss this place so much. Most people from St Joe are probably too stupid to know how lucky they are.

When someone orders delivery from a hotel, it should be assumed that the person does not have eating utensils. It's difficult to eat Chinese food without plasticware or chop sticks. Perhaps that was my fault.... My entrée was disgusting, the crab rangoon was cold and the fried rice was tasteless. A terrible dining experience I plan to never repeat. It's amazing this place gets any business at all. Simply awful.

I had the same experience as another diner. I was there at 1:30pm and there was not very much in the buffet. When I was leaving, I told the cashier that I would most likely not be coming back because there was little food in the buffet. She told me that peak hours there is a lot of food and the cook is not going to make food later in the day because it would just go to waste. My suggestion; close the buffet when it is not peak business. I was also told that I could have requested the cook make something. Isn't the whole point of a buffet is that there is food available to be put on your plate and eaten without having to order it? The people are nice, but I will not waste $6.25 on the buffet again, and will probably not be going there again.

Worst chinese buffet (or even buffet period) I have EVER been to. Says they are open tonight until 9:30, well we were treated like dirt because we came in at 745 and they clearly wanted to leave. Our server even said "UGH SOMEONE JUST SHOOT ME ALREADY AND PUT ME OUT OF MY MISERY" as she cleaned a table next to us. Then she left, so we got no other form of service. Then another customer came in and they told him he couldn't eat, and it was not even 8 yet. The food that wasnt already gone from the buffet was so old and dried out, you had to scrap it off the pan. The best thing I ate was a lump of fried "crab meat" (I think) with a section of a crab leg shoved into it. To look real maybe? I dont kbow, you tell me.

Used to frequent here almost once a week and would always have a group that either met or went here together. Until one day a group of us met up here and the food looked as if it had been there all day. Dried up and shriveled and hard. Asked the owner if it was possible to cook some fresh dishes since all of us mostly ate the same thing. He rudely and crudely refused as he was cussing the paying customers' words on the shape the food was in. Well we all got up with barely even trying our first plate and he demended we pay for it. Well we didnt and so he banned 5 of us out of his place for life. Thats ok would rather go somewhere that they care about the people they serve and the ones that keep their business going. Was and still am very disappointed at this owner.

Fresh vegetables ,hand made egg rolls and crab Rangoon . The buffet is small but contains food I like and it's always good. The building needs to be remodled and I hate that they allow smoking inside but the staff is super friendly the food is good and very inexpensive . They also deliver, and have a full order menu. I go 3-4 times a month and my kids love it.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
